Customers are responsible for the return of the parcel and merchandise in the original condition. For returns from non-EU countries, customs and customs costs are the sole responsibility of the sender. Kindly, send the parcel by registered mail or courier. The e-shop is not responsible for any loss. We accept returns of products that have only been purchased from our online store.
